Drip Tank : Drip Tank of 750mm x 750mm x 300mmH will be provided with nozzles distributed on the bottom surface of the tank having 0.4mm dia nozzles distributed evenly at 20mm pitch with overflow connection and water inlet connection.

Water Collection Tank : Water collection tank will be provided at the bottom of the chamber to collect the dripped water and will be provided with 1/4 HP mono-block pump to pump the water in the drip tank to maintain constant level sensed through the level sensor.

Equipment mounting table : Equipment mounting table will be provided, fabricated out of SS 304 stainless steel table top, properly reinforced with table tilting arrangement by 15 deg. On both sides of the vertical to simulate the test of 2nd numeral 2. Mechanical stopper will be provided on both sides of vertical at 15 deg. to ensure the table is tilted by 15 deg.

Control & Power panel : Control & Power panel will be provided with back up fuse protection, MCB, contactor, overload protection for pump, chamber light, drip tank water level sensor. The entire chamber will be mounted on a heavy duty structural frame to take the weight of the water as well as the tank and will be provided with castors for portability.

Important Note : Water used shall be soft water to avoid any clogging of the nozzles due to sedimentation in the water.
